Foundation: Homeless Prevention Scheme

This scheme supports customers in their own homes who are experiencing difficulties associated with their accommodation. Support can help with Budgeting and debts, Utilities, Health and Safety, Benefits, Landlord and Tenant disputes and Maintenance and Disrepair. Two levels of support are provided; short term intervention, where support is needed to address a one-off issue and longer term support for a period of up to two years.
